We took advantage of the warm weather and sun this weekend and decided to introduce Kaiden to the neighborhood park.
It took Kaiden a while to warm up to the playground. (at first he only wanted to observe from MY lap!) But after a while we finally got him to sit in the swing.
He thought the swings were ok, but mostly enjoyed watching the other kids.
He decided he wanted down and enjoyed playing with the sticks. His shoe fell off and he wasn't too crazy about his foot being in the sand. Just for kicks we took off his sock to see what he would do. He REALLY didn't like that! He sat there with his foot in the air like this the entire time. We couldn't stop laughing...
Then we moved on to the slides.
He enjoyed that!
Then he discovered he could climb. The kid had no fear...
He climbed all over, just like the "big kids." He even got to where he would step off onto the slides without hesitation.
He pushed Lichar's hands away here and insisted on using the rail to pull himself up these steps.

The sun gave this one a bad glare, but I love his expression!
What a fun day!!!
In other news....
He has a new "back tooth" and another one about to peek thru any day.
Latest favorite foods: grapes, grilled cheese, any bread, bananas.
Now signs: "bath," "finished," "eat" (in addition to "milk," "change" and "more")
He points to his ear, nose, foot and knows where his shoes and socks go.
He shakes his head yes and no to answer our questions.

Your moms right get ready for some fit throwing when you have to go home....and/or don't have time to slide everwhere from the park to chick-fla! You hAve opened a fun new world! Can't wait to see the cute little dude!
