When it rains, it pours...

When I went back to work I was super busy and super tired. It didn't help that I went back to school so close to the end of the year--which is a very busy time. (testing, paperwork, meetings, meetings and more meetings.)

To add to the fun, the first weekend after I went back to work we had some VERY heavy rains.

So heavy that the rain backed up on our patio and came in the house.


So on top of adjusting to going back to work, we also got to pull up carpet. Here we are laying the new padding.
