I've been very bad about blogging lately. My computer crashed in April and I got it back just in time to try and survive the end of school, so blogging wasn't easy to do. But, here's a recap...
15 months
Lately he has been into turning everything over, on it's side, upside down, or just the other way. Whether it be his walking cart, laundry basket or horse. Our living room often looks like this:
And the basket of balls, always overturned within FIVE minutes of him being in the room!
Officially walking everywhere. So begin the bumps and bruises. Seriously. Two bruises--big ones--in his first week.
Growls when he gets frustrated walking. When he first started, he was very deliberate and almost never fell. When his balance would get off, he would slowly lower himself to a squat, growl, regain his balance and take off again.
Favorite foods: biscuits, grapes, bananas, cheese and most fruit.
Favorite new word "Whee, Whee!" Says this when he walks under our legs, under a cord or spins something around. He doesn't make it a drawn out "wheeeeeeeeeeee," just a short quick one. He almost sounds French. "Oui, oui." :)
Loves to play outside. Here he is wishing I would let him out.
Master of signing. Now knows biscuit, grapes, cheese, banana, play, drink, more, eat, change, and probably some others I am forgetting. I think he would know more if I would be better at teaching them to him.
He's even given the "change" sign a few times when he needed a new diaper. We are hoping this translates to easy potty training...although we aren't holding our breath. He's also pretty taken with the potty chair. We'll see how long that lasts.
A mouth full of teeth. 12 in with two more just breaking through.
Loves, loves, LOVES Taco Bell. Yes, this is him with a hot sauce packet putting sauce on his burrito. I guess it is our fault since we eat Taco Bell more than we should.
Painting pictures for Mother's Day cards
When we finished painting, he kept looking at the ceiling. We looked up to see what he was looking at and noticed that he was watching us! This game continued for a long time with him cheating to watch us and see if we were looking.
If you look closely, you can see him looking at me...

This might be one of my favorite moments. I had Kaiden in the bath tub on night when Lichar got home from work. Kaiden heard the door and immediately started saying, "Dada, Dada, Dada?" and tried to stand up in the tub. Lichar came in the bathroom to say hi and Kaiden was literally climbing out of the tub to get to him. Lichar tried to hug him and keep him in the tub, but Kaiden would have none of that! He finally had to just pick him up. Kaiden loved on him for five minutes or longer before I could separate them and finish his bath.
Favorite games: us chasing him around the living room, him rolling us across the floor, lifting our shirts to tickle our tummies and just good ol' wrestling.
Every time he sees a dog, he shakes his finger at it. I think he believes that is the sign for dog! I think he does that because last time Gmom was here, she taught him to say "No, no," to her dog. Now he does it to all dogs! :)
Getting better at using utensils (and really likes to try and use them), but looks like this after I let him do it himself.
Sometimes fingers are just better!
He is talking ALL the time. We don't understand most of it, but he will repeat anything we say!
Still loves balls....any kind, any shape... He's guaranteed to find any ball in the store when we go shopping. He's not picky, it can be any spherical shaped object. He even found one in the shoe store...turns out it was the round cover over the security camera! Daycare told us that the only time he isn't easy going is when one of his friends takes his BALL!
Playing in the sand at the park.
Seriously good at kicking balls already
He now knows the sign for "please" and says "Eeeez?" Sweetest thing ever...
He loves to give kisses. I love his kisses! He'll even pat us on the arm when he's "lovin" on us.
He also still rubs my hands and arms when I put him to bed. I love that too!
Chillin in his chair

Look at him playing in the sand... he must have had a really good teacher show him how to do it ;)
He's a cutie pie. Must have been Ash that thought him to play in the sand
